Cultivating confidence, character, and community

Discover how The Royal SocieTEA empowers youth and families through transformative programs designed for real-world success and lasting impact. Join us in building a stronger community.

Our unique approach to empowerment

At The Royal SocieTEA, we offer a transformative experience that blends etiquette education, mentorship, leadership development, and cultural enrichment for youth, teens, and adults. What makes our programs unique is that we teach life skills in engaging, hands-on environments rather than traditional classroom settings.

Experiential learning

Learn proper dining etiquette at a formal tea party or practice public speaking and confidence-building exercises in real-life situations. Our hands-on approach makes lessons memorable and meaningful.

Holistic development

Beyond etiquette, our programs foster leadership discussions and community service projects, providing a comprehensive foundation for personal growth and societal contribution.

Family-centered

Our programs serve entire families and multiple generations, offering workshops for youth (Royal Gentlemen’s Club, Cultured Pearlz) and adults alike.

Empowering historically under-resourced communities

The Royal SocieTEA intentionally centers youth from historically under-resourced communities, especially in areas in Wilmington and Rural  New Castle County. Our goal is to expose participants to environments and experiences that many have never had access to—such as formal etiquette training, youth empowerment, mentorship from professionals, and leadership development opportunities.

Our programs

At The Royal SocieTEA, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to learn the skills that build confidence, character, and leadership. Our programs combine etiquette education, mentorship, empowerment, leadership development, and cultural experiences to help youth, families, and communities thrive.

Building success for life

Through engaging workshops, mentorship programs, and elegant community events, participants gain practical life skills that prepare them for success in school, careers, and relationships.
